Game data and iCloud

Game progress, balances, unlocked content, preferences, and achievement history are stored on your device. If a game supports Apple iCloud, this information may synchronize between your Apple devices through your private iCloud account. d19games LLC cannot access data stored in your private iCloud account.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. d19games LLC does not receive or store your payment information. Apple may provide limited transaction information needed to confirm purchases and restore access. Apple handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Support communications

If you contact us at d19games@proton.me, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and description of anyissue. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, and improve our games. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence.

Game-specific information

Game progress, coin balances, unlocked categories, preferences, and badge history are saved on your device and may be synchronized through Apple iCloud. d19games does not use advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking technologies.
